You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item(s) received.

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, based on your preference.

We do not accept returns for:

Used or opened products

Sale items or products purchased as part of a promotional bundle

To initiate a return:

Use the subject line:
“Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with further instructions.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
